Muay Thai Fitness


GROOV3 Dance


Muay Thai for fitness is a boot camp style class where you will get a great cardio workout by using Muay Thai actions all to music! This high impact class is designed to burn a ton of calories, get a taste of Muay Thai, and get into great shape!

This one-of-a-kind Heavy Bag class begins with a our standard Muay Thai warm-up taught step by step to help prevent injury and increase maximum benefit of each exercise. The warm-up is followed by learning how to use the heavy bag in punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Finishing with “ab” work, stretching and meditation. This workout gets it all done—”all in one” class!

GROOV3 is a one hour, high-energy, dance-til-you-drop cardio funk class with a mission to inspire change and build communities through the power of dance. With the hottest jams and simple combinations for all levels, GROOV3 is elevating YOUR dance experience and will change the way you workout!  “GROOV3” your way to a healthier and happier lifestyle putting the fun back in fitness.

Self-protection is a different type of fighting than in the ring with rules and regulations. The techniques taught in this class are specific to defend oneself when being attacked

This boxing class welcomes those with all fitness backgrounds. It combines the technical aspects of boxing along with HITT training, core strength, stability, coordination and balance drills that will transform your body and mind!

Free Armor Up Self-Protection class taught the first Sunday of every month. Join us in learning true self-protection. Free first Sunday of the month at 11am and must call to sign up.

Armor Up Self-Protection is offering a FREE Women’s Only class on February 18th at 11am. Must call to sign up.

Pilates is an ideal form of exercise as it works your whole body safely. The class focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, and keeping your legs, back and arms strong and toned while utilizing breath with each movement, increasing flexibility, and realigning your body. Low impact class producing visible results done to light music in the background.

One Day Only on January 28th. Call to sign up, $15 for the class.

Our meditation class offers an introduction to mindful meditation.
