Muay Thai for fitness is a boot camp style class where you will get a great cardio workout by using Muay Thai actions all to music! This high impact class is designed to burn a ton of calories, get a taste of Muay Thai, and get into great shape!

This one-of-a-kind Heavy Bag class begins with a our standard Muay Thai warm-up taught step by step to help prevent injury and increase maximum benefit of each exercise. The warm-up is followed by learning how to use the heavy bag in punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Finishing with “ab” work, stretching and meditation. This workout gets it all done—”all in one” class!

An all-levels class for students who want to diversify their martial arts training and learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You will learn fundamental defense, escape, and submission techniques from varying positions along with counters and transitions from each other the techniques.

Self-Protection


Taught by Christopher Hicks, 2017 US Martial Arts Instructor of the Year

Self-protection is a different type of fighting than in the ring with rules and regulations. The techniques taught in this class are specific to defend oneself when being attacked
